Lukas Naugle is the founder of Changegoat and a strategic advisor and operating partner to private equity firms, investors, and executive leadership teams. For more than 15 years, he has supported capital providers and operators through growth, transition, and complexity, with a focus on leadership alignment, strategic clarity, and disciplined execution in hard-asset-backed, highly regulated, and government-adjacent environments. Lukas works alongside private equity firms and portfolio companies across a range of ownership structures, operating as an integrator across leadership, strategy, and communication during critical inflection points. He holds a BA in International Business from Whitworth University and is based in Dallas, Texas.
